Business Transformation Consultant Data Analytics
**CTG is seeking to fill a Business Transformation Consultant Data Analytics opening for our client in Tampa, FL.** **Location:** Remote **Duration:** 6 months **Duties:** + Lead and manage business transformation initiatives through the application of data analytics, focusing on optimizing operations, improving processes, and driving innovation across client functions. + Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, gather data, and provide data-driven recommendations for effective decision-making. + Develop and deliver strategic insights, data visualizations, and analytical reports to support organizational change and transformation. + Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and data-driven strategies. + Implement and monitor data analytics solutions and ensure their successful integration into existing systems. + Support in the design and execution of business transformation programs that leverage data analytics to drive performance improvements. **Skills:** + Strong proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI). + Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights. + Experience with business transformation methodologies and change management practices. + Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and data security best practices. + Experience with data visualization and reporting. + Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. + Familiarity with business intelligence systems and enterprise-level software tools. **Experience:** + Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business transformation, data analytics, or a related field. + Proven track record of driving business process improvements and delivering data-driven solutions. + Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships. + Previous experience in a consulting environment or working with external clients is a plus. + Experience with ETRM, Credit, and Reporting in OpenLink is highly desirable. **Education:** + Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus. + Relevant certifications in data analytics, business transformation, or project management (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) are a plus. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. The expected base salary for this position ranges from $110,000 to $150,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
