Job Description :

Purpose

The Business Transformation Coordinator will play a pivotal role in advancing the Simplification Agenda within the organization. This role is responsible for driving efficient and effective changes—translating business needs into tangible business results—by leveraging standard methodology process management. The coordinator will identify, analyze, and propose improvements to critical processes, employing a comprehensive approach to address gaps and opportunities through business flows, tools, technologies, new ways of working, change management, and more.

Accountabilities

Strategic Process Improvement: Lead the identification and implementation of process improvements that align with organizational goals, ensuring they deliver measurable business results.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to identify and prioritize transformation opportunities, facilitating a unified approach to process optimization.

Process Simplification: Identify and advocate for process improvements, employing consistent methodologies and best practices to support process simplification initiatives within Diageo Brazil.

Collaborative Performance Enhancement: Work collaboratively with business teams to pinpoint performance areas requiring intervention and drive cross-functional engagement and support.

Transformation Leadership: Directly manage and oversee major transformation initiatives, ensuring they are executed efficiently and effectively, meeting all defined objectives.

Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure alignment and buy-in for transformation initiatives.

Best Practices Implementation: Research and apply industry best practices to internal processes, ensuring the organization remains competitive and innovative.

Qualifications & Skills

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration or similar fieldsExperience in transformational projects and simplification agenda.Expertise in lean management, process optimization and organizational design.Strong analytical, performance orientation and problem-solving skills.Demonstrated ability to work in a results-oriented, ambitious environment.Improved partnership management and influencing skills.Ability to hold and lead workshops.Excellent verbal and written communicator, comfortable preparing reports, presentations and speaking in front of the main stakeholders.Fluency in Portuguese and English is required. Spanish is a plus.
