Business Transformation Manager

General Responsibilities:

The Business Transformation Manager drives the standardization of delivery-related processes of the organization (e.g. sales, software development, application support, vendor management, and the like). The role is responsible to streamline the processes of affected business units against best practices and known international standards to ensure readiness and compliance of the business units on the agreed-upon process. Responsible for the automation, process design, operation, and implementation. Improves industrial processes to maintain efficiency, reduce cost, improve sustainability and maximize profitability.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Process Transformation & Improvement

Conduct value stream mapping and identify continuous improvement opportunities. Write Process Definition Documents (PDDs) and create process maps. Discover new automation opportunities and lead process optimization initiatives. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and build transformation capabilities across the organization. Integrate digital tools, AI, and analytics into transformation strategies to enable data-driven decision-making.

Governance & Standardization

Draft and enhance project management office policies, frameworks, and standards. Recommend and implement governance structures to ensure accountability, compliance, and long-term sustainability of improved processes. Implement and refine templates and methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.

Change Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop transformation initiatives. Drive change adoption through structured change leadership strategies and stakeholder engagement.

Project Management & Execution Oversight

Plan and manage projects, including task prioritization, deadline setting, and team coordination. Oversee project execution to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to company standards. Continuously evaluate projects for alignment with standards, budgets, and timelines. Accurately document project initiation, scope, execution, budgets, and justifications.

Financial & Resource Management

Analyze financial data related to projects, including budget tracking, risk assessment, and resource allocation. Provide financial reports and budget summaries to executives
