Job Description

Fairmont El San Juan Business Travel Sales Manager is accountable of recognizing opportunities to close on BTS sales contracts. With this opportunity, the individual would display their leadership and sales skills while creating exceptional customer experiences. Under the leadership of Director of Sales, this role ensures our hotel is appropriately positioned to operate and grow share in competitive market. The Business Travel Sales Manager plays a vital role in increasing qualified BTS sales volume by developing key relationships with new BTS accounts, and growing production with assigned existing accounts across the hotels represented.

EDUCATION & SKILLS

4-year Bachelor Degree in a related area, preferred

 

 

EXPERIENCE

2-4 years of Business Travel Experience in a hotel environment preferred.Prior sales leadership experience preferred.​​​​​​Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
