We are searching for a Business Unit Administrator to support two Executive Vice Presidents.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

Provides administrative/routine operational, logistical and project support to the business unit on ongoing basisEfficiently and effectively managing schedules across two teamsParticipates in the planning and administration of the business unitCollects, compiles, and analyzes data and information for reports and presentations for the departmentRuns and creates formal reports for business unit. Updates manuals, procedures, etc.Responsible for identifying and resolving problems within established guidelinesExpected to use some initiative but refer more complex problems to supervisors/expertsWorks effectively as a team member but also independentlyWorking towards becoming proficient in all areas of the jobCoordinating travel arrangements where applicableOrganize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings (e.g., meeting reservations, AV/Tech reservations)

The successful candidate will benefit from having:

Good oral and written communication skillsAbility to multi-task and adapt with changing prioritiesAttention to detail is keyBasic Functional / Industry Knowledge is preferredAnalytical and problem solving skills are requiredTechnical skills / systems knowledge (e.g. Peoplesoft, Microsoft Office) is required
