General Description Support Relationship Officers and Cash Management Specialists of Corporate Deposits & Services Division with Act 20 customers regarding compliance matters. Essential Duties and Responsibilities + Manage account opening process regarding KYC and BSA and conduct required due diligence. + Collaborate with Legal Division in the analysis and discussion of necessary requirements for account openings under complex structures. + Validate organizational structures and documentation align with the requirements of the Ultimate Beneficial Ownership (UBO) regulation. + Address inquiries related to the activity of commercial accounts (KYC, BSA) of Act 20, as well as documentation of unusual activity. + Monitor transactions on accounts. + Know internal and external policies requirements and controls of Anti Money Laundering, BSA, OFAC and FinCen. + Assist Relationship Officers and staff on issues related to compliance and management of regulations/legal requirements. + Address compliance inquiries from Act 20 customers. + Represent the Act 20 Unit in discussions regarding compliance issues with the Financial Crimes Unit or any other area/division. + In Depth analysis of new industries, new lines of businesses. + Support compliance audits and internal assessment with Compliance topics. Education Bachelor's degree completed from an accredited university or college. Experience Three to five years of related experience.
