The Role
Our Mining Services team is seeking a Business Unit Coordinator to provide high-level administrative and coordination support across business development, tender submissions, marketing, events, and stakeholder engagement. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations and supporting strategic initiatives that drive business growth.
Based in Subiaco, this role may require occasional travel to support business activities.
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive individual with strong writing skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. You will need to manage multiple priorities, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate across teams to deliver business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Organise industry events, client functions, and travel for senior mining leaders. Manage administration, procurement, and company merchandise. Coordinate training, inductions, IT, and PPE for new projects. Maintain key business databases and assist with tenders. Work with teams on promotional materials and presentations. Track meeting outcomes and manage action item registers. Monitor client updates and market trends to identify opportunities.Must Have
✔ Strong organisational and time management skills
✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
✔ Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Nice to Have
✔ Experience in tender coordination or bid submissions
✔ Event planning or marketing experience
✔ Familiarity with mining
