This Boeing Defense and Space (BDS) team is looking for Associate or ExperiencedBusiness Unit Integrators - Financial Analysis to support the Fighters team located in Berkeley, MO.
On our team you will be working in Fighters supporting F-15, F-18, or Advanced Programs Sensors & Securities (APSS) Proprietary programs. You will work directly with Program and Project Managers running the cost and schedule baselines, financial Estimate at Completes (EACs), monthly financial reporting/forecasting and variance analysis for Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR) and non-DFAR along with associated opportunities and risks as well as annual long-range business plans.
Position Responsibilities:
Associate (Level 2)
Analyze resource forecasts and Estimates at Completion (EACs) to support both major and minor financial assessments
Gather and reconcile data from various sources to provide support for resource forecasts and EACs related to control accounts, budgets, and contracts
Create, review, and submit monthly financial reports, like the Integrated Program Management Data Analysis Report (IPMDAR), to our external customers
Extract data to compile regular performance reports and help with variance analyses
Develop and maintain performance measurement baselines for cost and schedule, including earned value and variance analyses
Assist in creating business cases using relevant metrics
Experienced (Level 3)
Establish, evaluate, and monitor program baselines, including targets, Undistributed Budgets (UB), and Management Reserves (MR)
Perform both minor and major EACs
Support monthly profit and loss forecasts and annual Long-Range Business planning, while identifying and sharing opportunities and risks
Create, analyze, and submit monthly financial reports, like the IPMDAR, to our external customers
Collaborate with teams across Integrated Planning & Scheduling (IP&S), Financial Analysis, Control Account Managers (CAMs), Program Management, Contracts, Estimating, and Supply Chain
Develop and maintain cost and schedule performance measurement baselines, including Earned Value Management (EVM)
Provide management with recommendations on financial performance projections based on your financial and business insights
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s Degree or higher
1+ years of experience in a Finance, Accounting, Business or related role
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong background in financial analysis, controls, and operations, utilizing analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in financial tools including Cost, Schedule, Planning, and Reporting (CSPR), Interactive Reporting Environment (IRE), Enterprise Planning & Analysis System (EPAS), Financial Project Cost Report (FPCR), and Enterprise Accounting System (EAS)
Skilled in Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with EVMs and EACs
Active Secret U.S. Security Clearance

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Level 2 Summary pay range: $67,150 - $90,850
Level 3 Summary pay range: $78,200 - $105,800
