Under the direction of the Associate Director of Soup Operations, the Business Unit Leader will have 24-hour accountability for all business unit results, daily management systems and organizational health. They will be responsible for managing and improving the results within that area as needed to contribute to the overall plant goals. In this role, they will manage the people, equipment, and processes that come together to create their end product in a way that is preferred to consumers and customers. This person will work to grow the capability of the people in their area. They will work to incorporate new reliability tools into the current systems in a way that is meaningful and drive continuous improvement and produce extraordinary results.

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$77,800-$111,900Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
