Overview:

Join Clemens Food Group as a Business Unit Manager in Fresh Pork Sales. Lead the performance and optimization of P&L, inventory management, and production within assigned product categories. We’re looking for someone who can thrive in a dynamic environment and drive value through analytical precision, sound judgment and strong interpersonal skills. You’ll collaborate across sales, operations, and finance to drive growth and ensure strategic alignment.

Who you are:

Experienced with 3+ years in business management, operations, sales or supply chain, with proven financial results accountability. Analytical and adaptable, capable of navigating variability and change. A strong decision-maker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools.

What you’ll do:

Oversee product categories, manage pricing strategies, and drive product profitability. Collaborate with sales, scheduling and operations to optimize inventory and production planning. Monitor and address supply-demand imbalances and service level challenges. Develop strategies for annual margin growth, budgeting, and forecasting.
