**Job Description:** Instron Dynamic Division manufactures dynamic and fatigue testing systems to customers in high cost of failure markets. The Dynamic Systems business unit manufactures servohydraulic and electrodynamic testing equipment for fatigue-related applications. **Job description:** + Be accountable for the performance and results of the Dynamic Systems business unit + Promote growth by providing strategic sales direction worldwide with a focus on key geographic markets. + Lead and implement Front to Back strategic priorities and actions, to drive organic growth. + Oversee execution of Customer-Backed Innovation projects across for all key areas. + Continue to improveservice value proposition to ensure Instron delivers best-in-class customer experience as well as best-in-class products. + Drive continuous process improvements to ensure key products meet ITW customer-facing performance metrics. + Actively engage with other divisional leaders and cross-functionally; providing insights, analytical evaluation of the business, contributing ideas to drive improvement throughout the business.  + Champion the ITW Business Model and use company business processes and tools and sound judgment to analyse processes, and identify and act on areas to reduce risk, complexity, and/or cost savings. **Key Competencies:** + Proven ability to lead a business that has a highly technical product portfolio + Excellent leadership skills, high emotional intelligence, and cultural awarenesswith the ability to work across key geographies. + Commercially aware, with the ability to use data to illustrate the business case. + Growth mindset with the ability to mentor and develop others **Key experience** **s** **:** + Commercial experience in capital equipment businesses + Experience with large cross functional projects, including sales, risk management, and execution + Knowledge and curiosity of technical products
