Business Unit Manager Agriculture (M/W/X)

YOUR Mission:

Development of the Bureau Veritas Group strategy, policies, objectives and  KPIs and business development plan on the German Market and implementing business strategy, policies, objectives for the Business Unit Agriculture Manage CTD Business Unit - define, set up, coordinate, delegate, supervise and manage overall CTD organization, roles and responsibilities Managing and developing a team of case workers and employed inspectors Taking on your own selected key accounts and expanding the supplier network Monitor and control Pay & Loss of Commodity services and Production, so finance management, incomes and cost control and monthly reporting of activities and results according to company reporting process/deadlines Participation in preparing yearly budget

 

YOUR SKILLS:

Successfully completed studies with a master's degree (or comparable) in a field relevant to the position At least 5 years of experience in a similar position, with at least 2 years of relevant experience in technical and disciplinary leadership Excellent user knowledge of common CRM as well as MS Outlook, Excel, Word Fluent German and very good English (at least level C1 or equivalent) Team player, analytical skills, solution-oriented thinking and KPI-based business development
