Business Unit Manager AWM EE & PL

The Business Unit Manager for AWM PL&EE will drive the strategic development and tactical execution of the Global AWM Strategy, focusing on Sales and Marketing in alignment with S&N’s policies, code of conduct, and all applicable laws and regulations.

This role involves close collaboration with our direct team in Poland, as well as with Country Managers overseeing indirect sales through distributors across multiple markets. Key priorities include market shaping, new product launches, change management, and driving excellence in commercial and marketing activities.

What will you be doing?

Strategy

Designing, managing, and executing the implementation of the Global AWM strategy within the PL&EE region.

P&L

Responsible for AWM Revenue and Profitability (full AWM P&L).Developing and implementing the sales plans, including sales targets, account segmentation and resources prioritization in collaboration with the Commercial Team.

Product portfolio management

Developing and executing go to market plans for Product Portfolio, including reimbursement, new product launches and in-markets price management.Keeping AWM portfolio updated and as well as leading related communication to the PL&EE teams.Providing in-depth product expertise and delivering necessary materials, trainings and presentations to sales representatives, healthcare professionals, and buying groups to promote product use.

Market diligence

Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of the market landscape: market trends, customer priorities, and competitive landscape to shape and lead with our go to market approach.Identifying AWM Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) for educational, training, and development initiatives.

Relationship management

Supporting industry educational meetings and events, on-site customer meetings, national sales meetings and other strategic meetings.Cultivates relationships with key customers, internal stakeholders and the sales organization.

What will you need to be successful?

Minimum of 8 years experience in Sales & Marketing of Medical Devices, ideally in Advance Wound Management fieldExperience on direct and indirect marketsAbility to present and demonstrate products to audiences of different participants (e.g., customers, technical peers, non-technical professionals)In-house product management experience including product launches.Proactive approach, courage and communication skillsComfortable working in a rapidly changing environment, often managing multiple tasks concurrently under aggressive timelines.Proficiency in English languageTravel requirements: 35-50%
