Business Unit Manager for HPE

Job description:

Maintain healthy topline (Revenue) and bottom line (GP) for for brand as HPE within portfolio products.Drive business unit to achieve the targeted Revenue and GP margin by driving customer breadth, product mixing, regional coverage and coverage of all customer segmentsAnalyze the market trends, customer network in assigned region, in order to identify new opportunities and growth for assigned regionCoordinate with other departments to ensure smooth collaboration and alignment of business activities.Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.Monitor and manage the unit’s budget, ensuring financial targets are met.Analyze financial reports and performance metrics to assess the profitability and cost-effectiveness of the business unit.Work to improve revenue generation, control costs, and increase profitability within the unit.Provide accurate financial forecasting and reporting to senior management. Manage and lead a cross-functional team, ensuring alignment with business unit goals.Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback for employee growth and development.

Requirements: 

Graduate with 7-9 years of sales experience (5 years relevant experience is a must)Good knowledge on the Romanian marketStrong leadership, decision-making and problem-solving skillsAbility to develop and execute business strategies that align with broader organizational goals.Excellent time management and planning skillsBasics grounding of the technical nature of IT productsMBA may be preferredSelf-starter, self-motivated and a team playerMultinational experience
