Job Specific

Stocks and maintains supplies in all service areasInspects and prepares all service ware prior to useClears soiled plates, service ware etc. from service areas and tables to dish wash area, sorts appropriatelyCleans and pre-sets tables with all service wareGreets guests and assists Server with delivery of water and beveragesRemoves unneeded place settings from occupied tablesCarries trays of food from kitchen to tableMay assist Server in presentation of meals for large parties and during periods of heavy volumeMaintains cleanliness and sanitary condition of dining room and service areasAssists in completion of post meal clean up and side work dutiesOther duties as assigned
