THE JOB:
It is the primary responsibility of the Busser/Runner is to greet guests in a courteous, timely, and professional manner while ensuring his/her outlet is clean, organized, and properly stocked at all times. The Busser/Runner is to assist the Food Servers, as it relates to guest contact and table information. Bringing food items to correct guest table from the kitchen staff.

THE STARTING RATE:
$14.35 per hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Coordinate with servers to deliver correct food to guest in timely fashionStay informed about restaurant tables and seating arrangements, setup, room capacity, hours, pricing, and dress code.Greet guests promptly as they arrive at the restaurant.Ensure menus are up-to-date with current inserts and replace any worn or damaged menus.Communicate guest needs to the kitchen and management; share guest feedback and help management provide quality service.Regularly check in with guests waiting for tables to keep them updated and ensure they feel attended to.Keep work areas clean, organized, and sanitized; at shift’s end, close down the podium.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Candidate must be at least 18 years old. At least 6 months of prior relevant experienceAbility to work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidaysCustomer service orientedAbility to handle multiple tasks at once.Strong attention to detail.

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
