TITLE:                  AM/PM Busperson

LOCATION:         Seventy One

STATUS:              Part Time, Hourly; $11.75/hr plus tips

SCHEDULE:         Must be available at least 3 AM or PM shifts

Must be able to work Saturday, Sunday and holidays.

SUMMARY

As a busperson you are expected to perform all required duties while remaining professional, friendly, and focused to team members and guests. You will be responsible for coordinating individual bussing station and communicate with front and back restaurant personnel.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Cleaning and resetting tables, which may include replenishing condiments and napkinsClearing tables, plates, glasses, and utensils after customer’s stayMaintaining bussing station and assisting server to ensure cleanliness and guest expectations.Meeting all guest needs during their dining experience and handling their questions and concernsInteracting with guests and other Snowbird employeesMaintaining good safety practices throughout bussing stationWearing proper uniform and reporting to work on time

WHAT YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB DONE

Great customer service skills, communication, teamwork, and action orientatedHigh School Diploma or equivalent6+ months of similar work experience (or “experience as a busser is a plus”)Food Handler Permit and Alcohol CertificationTravel to Snowbird ResortMust be 21 or older

 

WORK SCHEDULE

Schedule is based on business levels, including weekends and holidaysMust be prepared to stay overnight if necessary, on occasional times of road closures

WORKING CONDITIONS

Must be able to lift 25 lbsMust be able to stand for long periods of timeShifts may vary from early morning to late evening
