Job Description

o serve the needs of the business, our guests and our colleagues by maintaining the effectiveness of the day-to-day Residence services, enhancing guest experience by being one of the key points of contact for guest interaction for the residences and in the resort.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Performs duties in accordance to The Residence SOP and Guidelines
Assists the hotel with the Residence activities. 
Intuitive and anticipatory service of all guests in Residence
Full service of all Residence operations
Set up and checking of Residences prior to arrival, the operation while guests are in residence and the departure duties. 
Performs all relevant, billing, booking and requests that are reasonable and lawful. 
Ability to cook basic breakfast for the guests in Residence. 
Always prepared to handle guest requests, complaints, and suggestions and follow through to maximize the service standard. 
Deals with Guest comments and concerns systematically and keeps the management informed of the same. 
Performs other duties as assigned by the Management. 
Monitor and review Quality Standards for the Department
Attend promptly to all guest complaints and requests and resolve accordingly. 
Maintains a full and comprehensive knowledge of the products and services available. 
Responsible for maintaining inventory levels, maintenance and general upkeep of equipment and operating supplies. 
To supervise and monitor daily residence service situation and activities to ensure proper standards and products are delivered with the standards of service of Anantara. 
Report maintenance faults and damage to machines, furniture and fittings in all area of the hotel to the maintenance department. 
Provide a professional, advisory and support service to the Management, to assist in meeting the strategic goals of the rooms department.

Qualifications

Good English language verbal and written communication skills. 
Good level of engagement with residents. 
Ability to work cohesively with co-workers and managers as part of a team. 
Ability to be attentive to guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times. 
Ability to promote positive relations with hotel residents and patrons. 
Understanding and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment. 
Food & Beverage knowledge and background are preferred. 
Time flexible.
