Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment. Excellent communication skills with professional presentation. Ability to multitask and co-ordinate with all departments on behalf of the guest.

​​​​​​​Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 1 - 2 years work experience hotel operations. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must. Butler training programme certification is an added advantage.
