About the role:

The butler will be the main point of contact for the guest(s) while in-house. The butler can greatly enhance the personalization of the guest experience by streamlining all points of contact for the guest. The butler coordinates between all other departments - Room Service, Housekeeping, Laundry/Valet, Concierge, Catering, Guest Services, Spa, etc. to create a seamless experience for the guest. A guest with butler service should never be disturbed unnecessarily by another department as the butler should inform other departments of the guest's movements and essentials.

Butler is also responsible for maintaining and cleaning the Residence Vilas to the highest standards set by hotel procedures and standards.

Due to Vietnam law restrictions in visa & work permit, this position is open for Vietnamese citizens only.

What you will do:

Ensure that the Residences are run smoothly & efficiently.

Create a connection with all Residential Guests by offering butler assistance during their stay and exceeding their expectations.

Guest activities are coordinated efficiently with other departments.

Residence Villas are maintained to the highest standards.

Provide morning, afternoon, evening service.

Ensure that guests receive the most appropriate level of attention and service from butler.

Adhere all P&P related to Butler Job .

Conduct self in a professional manner at all times.  Adhere to the established standard of conduct and house rules, fire regulations, and department procedures and policies.

What you bring:

One + years working experience in hotel industry or similar environment

Good communication skill

Fluent English
