\n \n Job Description\n

The Faena House Butler is an elite service professional who will engage with homeowners and residents on a one-on-one basis in their personal space. The candidate selected must possess eloquence, warmth, professionalism, and also hold the ability to perform physical tasks. Some of the duties of the Faena House Butler wil include but are not limited to:

\n\nShoe-shine upon resident request.\nPress clothes upon resident request.\nTake up resident dry cleaning.\nDeliver groceries and packages in a timely manner.\nDeliver mail upon resident request and to all in-house residents on Sundays.\nWalkthrough of all landings.\nAssist with trash removal from landings and break down boxes.\nNotify maintenance, housekeeping, and management of any punch list items.\nCheck the chiller plant and roof for unusual activity.\nCheck the 3rd floor amenity level -- restock with water and towels.\nCheck the gym and movement studio periodically for cleanliness.\nCheck the male/female spa and ensure the sauna and steam room are working correctly.\nCheck for packages with the front desk and security and deliver them to units in a timely manner.\nAssist valet and front desk during rush hour.\nHonor ad hoc requests of residents.\nOther duties as assigned.\n\n\n Requirements

Education/Experience/Knowledge:

\n\nMinimum 1-2 yeasr Front Desk experience\nHospitality experience preferred or College level courses in business or hospitality preferred.\nHigh school diploma or equivalency preferred.\nIntermediate at minimum computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel)\nEffective written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.\nMultiple language fluency is desirable.\nStrong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required.\n\n

Special Requirements:

\n\nAbility to lift 30 -- 50 lbs.\nWork in an upright standing or sitting position for long periods of time\nHandle, finger, grasp and lift objects and packages\nReach with hands and arms\nCommunicate, receive and exchange information by means of the spoken and written word\nAbility to quickly and easily navigate the property/building as required to meet the job functions\nComplete all required forms.\nAbility to work extended hours and weekends based on project requirement.\nAbility to respond to emergencies on a timely manner.\n
