Position Description:

We are looking for experienced and talented Buler Managers to join our award winning team at Silversea.
To be considered for this role, you will have a strong luxury background, providing a high level of food, beverage and concierge services to guests and be used to managing a large international team.
Being a Butler Manager, means you should have exemplary standards, be used to working to very tight deadlines, be able to problem solve and meet all requests with confidence, whilst leading your team by example.
 
Previous cruise ship experience is not necessary but work experience within 5* luxury branded hotels or the airline industry would be highly advantageous.

Contracts are 6 months on and 2 months off.
Shared accommodation and all flights provided.

Overall responsibility of delivering high quality, efficient, individualized and technically excellent butler services in guest suites in accordance with Company Policies, strictly upholding any Public Health standards and towards a goal of achieving total guest satisfaction.
