About the Role:

An opportunity has arisen for a Butler to join the team of Front Office in Jumeirah Dar Al Masyaf.

Responsible for delivering luxurious and personalized services to the guests in line with Jumeirah standards thus creating a delightful and memorable experience throughout their stay

The key duties of Butler Resources will include:

Develop and maintain an understanding of the brand values, mission & vision statements. Handle guest complaints, requests efficiently and professionally in an appropriate manner.  Maintain and update LQA standards that applies at work. Take personal care to recognize special days of guests such as anniversary, birthday etc. and takes the initiative to provide the guests a WOW experience. Execute other tasks assigned by the superior within the department’s operation and scope of the job. Communicate subordinates, colleagues, and other departments with respect and professionally regardless of how small or big the communication means to be. Promote resort activities to the guests.  Ensure professional attitude towards guests and colleagues at all time To be aware of resorts health and safety procedures and report and potential hazards to the relevant departments if any has been notified 

About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: 

Proficient in OPERA/OPERA cloud. Motivated – Must be determined, Attention to detail, Leadership and independent to learn for improvements  Excellent personal presentation with a warm and welcoming personality. Friendly, approachable, and professional. Have a strong eye for detail.
