ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee the daily operation and performance of the butler teamObserve guest preference and habits, anticipate their needs by providing unparalleled hospitality, from an effortless arrival and departure experience in a gracious and polite mannerReview arrivals and departures for accuracy and completeness, prepare daily operation reports and review butler checklistMonitor and manage team performance by providing supervision and professional development, counselling and coachingReview and update the departmental SOPs with approval of the Director of Butler ServicesUpdate the guest preference, feedback and comments on to the guest profile sectionREQUIREMENTS
Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience in a sizeable luxury hotel in similar capacity Commit and passionate in delivering personalized guest service, anticipatory with a keen eye for detailProven managerial abilities in people management, strategic planning and decision makingAbility to build rapport quickly and maintain guest relationshipsExcellent command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a must. Any additional languages will be valuable
