At eCapital, our employees are the base of our business, and dynamic employees enable us to service our clients in the most exceptional manner.  This position is responsible for data-entry and the timely processing of invoices. As a Buy Specialist, you will be responsible to process client paperwork, actively participate in a dynamic team environment, and actively mitigate risk. Responsibilities:  + Reviews and audits invoices on a daily basis. + Ensures all documentation meets company requirements before marking an invoice as reviewed to mitigate risk/loss. + Notifies clients of any issues limiting advancing such as missing or illegible paperwork. + Flags and notates when an invoice requires verification. + Escalates an invoice when invoice meets specific criteria. + Assists with completion of buyouts. + Meets daily expectation pace of reviewing 50 invoices per hour. + Assists Verifications team as needed. + Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
