Waste Control, a Waste Connections company is looking to hire a full time, year-round Buyback Equipment Operator at our Transfer station in Longview, Washington. Shift will be Sunday-Wednesday 6:00am-5:30Pm, with occasional overtime. The Starting rate of pay is $24.26/HR.Front loader, excavator and forklift experience Preferred.This position is safety sensitive. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Performs routine inspection and maintenance on Equipment such as checking oil, water, and tires.Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies.Promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices.Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.Works well with the publicWORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL EFFORT:Extensive physical activity.
