Founded in 2016, Tube Supply provides quality steel tube and bar in alloy, stainless, and carbon for oil and gas applications, including drilling, completions, production, and downhole tools. Our steel tubular and bar products are tailored specifically to meet the demands of the oil and gas industry, including high pressure, high temperature (HPHT) and sour (H2S) well environments. Tube Supply clients are leading oil and gas service companies, OEMs, and manufacturing centers globally.

ResponsibilitiesDescription of Responsibilities:
Initiate inventory and material processing requisitions to support Supply Chain & Sales initiativesEvaluate offers and negotiate pricing and delivery schedules with suppliers/vendorsGenerate and manage purchase orders in ERP systemReview all order acknowledgements to ensure 100% accuracy of order detailsTrack and coordinate incoming shipments from suppliers/vendorsMaintain and update team logs for all open PO’s, RFQ’s, supplier NCR’s, incoming vessels, etc.Review, verify and approve invoices to ensure accuracy and on-time payment to suppliersUnderstand current mill replacement costs and lead times for all assigned suppliers, at all timesBe familiar with the steel making process and Tube Supply/Industry specificationsMaintain and strengthen current relationships with key suppliersCollaborate daily with sales, operations and finance teamsDevelop/propose continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our Supply Chain processesAdhere to all company policies and proceduresAny other responsibilities assigned by management QualificationsRequired Skills and Experience:
