Join My Superb Cambridge based Clients dynamic team We are currently seeking a Buyer who is positive and enthusiastic, ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and improving pricing and terms.Supplier Engagement: Conduct quarterly visits to suppliers primarily based in the UK and maintain consistent communication to ensure product flow meets demand.Operational Efficiency: Run shortage reports, monitor market trends, and evaluate cost-saving opportunities.Sales Support: Update the Sales Team with delivery schedules and manage purchase orders within My Clients MRP system.Continuous Improvement: Develop strategies to enhance operational efficiency and contribute to business performance.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Buyer or in a strong administrative role.Strong Excel and administration skills.Excellent communication skills for engaging with internal and external customers.A proactive approach to problem-solving and supplier interactions.
