Job Title: Buyer Overview: - Procurement of materials, equipment, and services to support manufacturing, engineering, R&D, and service functions - Negotiating prices, terms, and delivery conditions - Expediting orders as needed - Maintaining vendor relationships - Oversee cycle counting initiative. - Organize and control annual inventory count - Help to select and to implement new ERP system Qualifications: • BS in Business or related discipline, and 2-3 or more years of relevant Buyer experience in manufacturing • Effective written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills • Strong analytical and decision-making skills to support effective buying decisions, problem resolution, process improvements, cost reductions, etc. • Hands-on experience with MRP/ERP, inventory management, procurement and supplier management processes • Procurement experience in a Lean Manufacturing environment a plus • APICS certification a plus Work Environment: Corporate office in Bucks County, PA Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm with a pay rate ranging from $55k - $65k based on experience.
