TalentWorld is hiring a detail-oriented Buyer to source and purchase both cost of goods and consumable materials for our client located in Mississauga.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining supply chain efficiency, ensuring timely delivery, and supporting cross-functional teams.

Buyer Responsibilities: Purchase goods, consumables, and other materials required for operations. Source vendors, create accurate purchase orders, and ensure timely deliveries. Maintain and update ERP system data, including pricing and lead times. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Negotiate pricing and terms with approved vendors to optimize costs. Buyer Qualifications: Post-secondary education in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a buyer or procurement role. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP experience preferred) Analytical mindset with attention to detail and adaptability. Working Conditions: Office-based role, 5 days in office Monday to Friday.
