Your role and responsibilities

We are looking an experienced Buyer to join our dynamic team. This role involves the strategic sourcing and purchasing of materials based on detailed technical specifications, while maintaining strict adherence to corporate purchasing policies and procedures. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient procurement processes and maintaining strong supplier relationships.The work model for the role is: #LI-remotePotential hiring locations: EuropeYou will be mainly accountable for :•\tIdentify and qualify new suppliers by working collaboratively with category teams and Quality/Engineering specialists•\tHandle supplier negotiations, including agreements on pricing, terms, and conditions•\tAnalyze and evaluate bids to determine the best value while supporting relevant teams with market information•\tMonitor supplier performance metrics (delivery, quality, lead time) and manage issue resolution•\tEnsure supplier orders align with customer requirements in terms of content, quality, delivery, sustainability, and price

Qualifications for the role

\tBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field with 5+ years of procurement experience\tProven experience with SAP Ariba platform and other ERP systems\tStrong negotiation skills and demonstrated success in supplier relationship management\tStrong analytical abilities with proficiency in data analysis and cost modeling\tClear communication skills with experience in cross-functional team collaboration
