Scotframe, part of Saint-Gobain, is looking for a proactive and dedicated Purchasing Coordinator to join our team. You will play a key role in providing accurate material purchasing and support our customer-focused strategy.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Purchasing Coordinator, you will manage the end-to-end process of purchase orders, including updating systems, liaising with suppliers, resolving queries, and maintaining accurate records. You’ll also analyze cost variances, address supplier
Purchase Order Management: Process daily purchase orders, update spreadsheets, and liaise with suppliers for receipt updates. Handle PO queries from factories and suppliers, and raise POs and stock orders. System Maintenance: Run and action purchase lists, update delivery dates on Nav, and manage Business Central reports. Data Analysis & Reporting: Prepare quarterly cost variance analysis for suppliers and update improvement logs. Address non-conformance issues and oversee supplier schedules and delivery date changes. Collaboration & Communication: Support internal teams by prioritizing workloads, ensuring smooth operations, and building effective supplier relationships.What We’re Looking For
Strong telephone and customer service skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Organizational skills to manage a varied and high-volume workload. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and databases. Strong literacy and numeracy skills. Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.Desirable:
