Job DescriptionSupport execution of account sourcing strategies for expense spend, hard savings / cost avoidance / value adds delivery, ensure all JLL sourcing and contracting standards are maintained, manage supplier relationships, support regional and sourcing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Annual Sourcing Plan implementation for account as per assigned projectsExecution of sourcing strategies and regional initiativesSupport to all expense Sourcing activities on account. Negotiate with suppliers for theprovision of goods and services against specific business requirementsUndertaking RfX’s and associated process and evaluationUndertake e-auction/ electronic RFP through Bravo (Jaggaer) systemRisk Management. Identify and take steps to reduce business risk through the execution of
effective sourcing strategiesProvide purchasing support to Operational and Finance teamSupport JLL regional sourcing programs, as requested by the Management. Give input,
feedback and assist with the execution on the accountResponsible for the administration of the Strategic Sourcing Audit program to ensure
compliance with JLL contracting best practices and standardsProvide KPI monitoring through JLL systems regionally (supplier performance)Savings delivery for assigned projects and respective reporting (Hard savings / cost
avoidance / value adds)Flow to work (additional purchasing projects) depending on the business need
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required and a minimum one year experience in a similar roleFluent in EnglishExperience working with multiple suppliers across multiple countries / EMEA regionExperience in Procurement/ e-auctions and sourcing contracted servicesStrong understanding of end-to-end RFx projects and procurement activity cycleUnderstanding of IFM services and supplier environmentStrong analytical, financial, and commercial skills to achieve transparency of tender costsAbility to clearly demonstrate and present tender results for internal sign-offClear understanding of savings identification, analysis, tracking and approval processesDemonstrates strong communication and ability to develop relationships with othersNatural focus on teamwork, collaboration, and co-operationCustomer Service: Commitment to solve requests and problemsNegotiation and influencing skillsAttention to detail and good understanding of cost makeup in supplier contractsGood understanding of procurement contracting process and requirementsDemonstrate good ability to prioritise projects / tasks and be flexible to fluctuating demand across account(s) / projectsGood follow-through of actions – take responsibility for completion of tasksExcellent organizational and administrative skillsExcellent numerical and commercial acumenExcellent PC skills, strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools – especially Outlook, Excel, Word, PPT and TeamsWhat you can expect from us:
