**Buyer Roles & Responsibilities (Interior and Paint shop)**
+ Manage PO creation and closure include periodic reporting on open item or due item. He or she is required to work on company ERP system and any other portal or software.
+ Ability to RFQ for airworthy material for standard aircraft parts, interior (cabin) material, approved chemical and able to identify the type of airworthy certification requirement for particular aircraft type. Include working with requestor for non set up part number in our material management module (MM).
+ Ability to RFQ for repair work, upgrade, modification, Service Bulletin. Manage the order include airworthy certification requirement, shipping to vendor and return per need by date or drop-dead date.
+ Willing to work on AOG request after office hour include manage the RFQ, placing order and logistics portion during AOG.
+ Manage parked invoices and any invoice or warranty issue.
+ Scrap order management (both scrap and disposal) include update WILBUR & ODC portal.
+ Logistics coordination with vendor include getting freight cost or shipping term (both import and export).
+ Manage the vendor on CMS (Chemical Management System from any vendor).
+ RFQ and replenishment on consumable (include commercial product and tooling or equipment)
+ RFQ and manage repair of tooling. Include management of calibration.
+ Approval Vendor management. Ability to manage vendor during set up and include negotiation of the T&C per our policy.
+ Basic understand of Part set up for Airworthy products. Manage Part set up per our company process and handle production request.
+ Need to create order for material require with OEM, vendor from surplus market and perform Part Transfer per company process.
+ Need to create order for cabin (Interior) non-commercial product. Ability to manage the airworthy and non-airworthy condition per order.
+ Manage Wilbur (Quarantine item). This includes the management of Part in Transit when order not able to receive at consignee.
+ Any other assigned task and any requirement from network.
Requirement:
Diploma in Supply Chain or Logistics Management or other relevant certification.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in aviation procurement preferably from MRO.
Has experience in coordinate or handle logistic include import and export.
