Our Buyers:

Are responsible for the selection, purchase, and delivery of merchandiseDevelop merchandise strategies and assortments for the Corporate Division, supporting our US-Canada and Australia chainsMaintain a market presence and relationships with new and existing vendorsMaintain knowledge of market conditions regarding price, trends, resources, and fashionVisit stores and competition to study and critique merchandise mix, price points, new labels, and timeliness of merchandisePursue market for opportunistic purchasesWrite, detail, and follow up on purchase orders and deliveryFoster and promote an environment that encourages teamwork toward common goalsPossess strong negotiation and analytical skillsHave excellent communication and relationship-building skillsSpend time travelling in the domestic and in other markets          Are business proficient in English language

 

Who We Are Looking For: You

Relevant experience as a Buyer preferably in Food, possibly in international retail companies with a focus on sourcing and/or buying is requested, preferably with European brands & vendors.
