Job Summary

To support AS business growth in China Domestic and Exporting business

Job Responsibility

To support AS China business growth in Domestic market and Oversea exporting business
1) Sourcing strategy implementation in accordance with BU and regions.
2) Supplier scouting, Evaluation, Sourcing Decision with Cross Function.
3) Conduct RFQ, COQ and Negotiation with supplier to ensure competative PPC level to support business.
4) Regular price negotiation preparation and implementation to achieve target.
5)_Act as supplier mentor for barriers clearance for daily business;
6)_Supplier Mentorship/management and monitoring;
7)_Commercial documents/contract preparation and completion.
8)_Reporting and Fixed-assets mgmt.

Qualifications

1) Bachelor degree in Engineering, Electronic, or Commercial related similar education.
2) Minimum 3~5 years of working experience in Automotive Aftermarket, like Dignostic Tool, Special Tool, 2+years working experiance of EV battery test equipment related in purchasing (charger/discharger, balancer etc.)
3) Good Knowledge of product cost calculation, control, especially implementation of cost saving measures, Strong Cost negotiation skills with supplier.
4) Strong Project Management, Cooperation and execution,  Good communication with cross function.
5) Experienced of supplier management and Communication, Fast reaction in supply chain according to demand from customer.
6) Good supplier mentorship, can lead and management supplier independently.
7) Good communicate in English language verbal and writing.
8) Pro-active, Self-Leading, Willing to take more/challenge tasks
