Key Responsibilities:

Purchasing: Place orders for materials and components, ensuring timely delivery.Compliance & Documentation: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements in all purchasing activities.Supplier Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable delivery and quality of parts.Inventory Management: Coordinate with sourcing teams to assist with forecast needs. Able to bring a dynamic approach to order management, analysing and efficiently operating push & pull.Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues related to supply chain disruptions or product quality.Cost Analysis: Analyse and report on procurement costs, identifying areas for potential savings and efficiencies.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Buyer or Procurement Specialist, preferably in an engineering or manufacturing environment.Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build relationships with suppliers.Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
