MISSION

The selected candidate will be responsible to contribute to definition of strategy by Category manager and Buyer, be accountable for the deployment of the strategy and ensure value creation while managing the risks. Make the products, equipment or services negotiated by the Purchasing department available to internal stakeholders. Build and develop a long-term partnership with defined suppliers & business entities from the contracting phase and through the contract life cycles.

KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS

Contract Management & Request to Pay Process

Deploy the contracts or, implement operational procurement plan from sourcing plan (orders management including blanket orders and change orders, price initialization/ configuration & updates, catalogues updates)Invoices management, including solving process issues to pay suppliers on time (management of on hold invoices flow)Ensure respect of procurement plans for RMAT (ratio between supplier, long lead time orders execution, …)Manage non-conformities:  analysis of internal partner claims (delay, quantity, quality issue...), and leading the process with stakeholders (suppliers, internal partners, buyers, contract managers…) till resolution (incl. recovery cost)Support contractual disputes with various stakeholders (Business, Legal, Purchasing, Management team)Know and apply internal control rules: conformity rate with internal control rules, action plans following audits...Participate to governance meetings with supplier when needed, preparing R2P relevant dataContribute to best practices sharing across the regions & make operational recommendations to zones/countries/categories about purchasing processAttends all the relevant category network meetings with Category Managers/Senior Buyer/Buyer and acts the single point of contact in R2P for the respective CategoryEscalate and manage supply crisis situations when needed

Support Category Manager/Buyer to explore market and supplier for developments/projects identified  Support the operational implementation of the R&D/Sourcing projects/developments in collaboration with all stakeholders (including qualification process: from supplier creation, catalog definition when relevant, PO to payment of the first invoice)Project coordinator of assigned projects during the contract period being the representative of RMAT teamSupports standardization & digitalization

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Bachelor’s Degree specialized in Supply Chain/ Logistics/ Science/ Finance or equivalent from a reputed academic body;Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience;Experience in ERP (SAP) will be an added advantage;Fluency in English Language;Excellent communication & negotiation skills;Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Project, and PowerPoint, Teams).
