You will join China RM Purchasing Team, and reporting RM Purchasing Manager directly, you will be responsible for:

To be responsible for fulfilling purchasing activities of raw material request from different plants. 负责实施来自不同工厂的原材料采购需求的采购;To source/assess/develop new potential suppliers. Analyze the characteristic of market producers/regional differences of advantages and disadvantages; maintain reasonable supplier distribution to achieve best combination between cost and sustainable supply. 寻找、评估、开发新的潜在供应商,具有分析所负责物料的市场生产方分布、区域间优劣势差异; 维护合理供方分布以达成最佳成本和供应组合;Cooperate with R&D to develop new source of raw material; collect material TDS, market research and other related information necessary; make relevant cost comparison. 配合技术部完成新项目原材料开发; 收集技术参数、市场调研等需要的相关信息; 评估并对比价格;Organize price bidding for those materials with regular pricing validity; meanwhile smartly organize right negotiation strategy based on offer comparison and analysis. 根据不同物料价格有效期及更新方式,安排相应物料的定期招标;同时根据市场趋势刷价、询价,并根据比价分析结果制定谈判策略;Negotiate with suppliers, nominate those with best terms to ensure the best lead time and price. 与供应商进行商务方面的谈判,选定合适的供应商并确保优质的交货周期和价格;To be responsible for contracting, ordering, following up order/delivery and payment arrangement for purchased goods; To maintain the relevant contracts and keep all records up to date. 负责采购物品的合同签订、订单维护、订单交货及付款等方面;维护相关合同,确保所有信息及时更新;Others assigned by line manager. 直线经理安排的其他工作。

What we are looking for:

Bachelor’s degree or above with preferred major in Cable, Polymer or Supply chain. 本科或以上学历,高分子,供应链相关专业优先考虑;Rich experience in raw material purchasing manufacturing companies, preferred in central purchasing of multi-plants; 丰富的生产型企业直接原材料(塑料粒子、高分子材料、化工等)采购经验;有多工厂集中采购经验优先。Able to work under pressure and challenge; Strong negotiation, cooperation and communication skills; 能够在压力下工作;很强的谈判、合作和沟通能力;Good Office level, SAP experience required; 熟练操作Office,有SAP操作经验.Numbers sensitiveness and strong analytical skills; 数据感强并有一定的数据分析能力.Pro-active and result drive. 积极主动并结果导向.
