Responsibilities 

Support Road transportation tenders for EU region (FTL, LTL, GRP, Shuttle service, Premium freight) including RFQ management on & off e-bidding platforms. Carrier development & performance management (KPI) Carrier dispute/resolution claims management Prepare and present Sourcing recommendations to obtain Europeanand Global Management approval Rate agreement creation and maintenance MaintainYFI Road Transport terms & conditions according to business needs and market environment  EU fuel surcharge management Drive continuous improvement actions & transportrate reductions Measure and reduce YFI CO2 foot print in Road transportation services Transportation savings accurate tracking and reporting Plan and execute Commodity Strategy development Support organization in winning profitable projects through logisticscosting in business acquisition phase 

Requirements 

Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business or a relatedfield Pervious Logistics experience with focus on overland transportation services is advantage Road freight carrier experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication and negotiation skills in a diversified global working area Analytical and problem-solving ability  Result orientated and independent working mode – ability to set goals with company objectives  Strong attention to detail, planning/organization skillsand follow up Strong data analysis skills  Proficient in MS Excel is a must Languages: fluent in English mandatory, German beneficial
