Key responsibilities:
Working in conformity with legislation and following the effective documents IMS, EMS and work instructionsDealing with the ordering process for a specific supplier portfolioEnsuring on time delivery of goods with regards to actual S&OP plan (communication towards suppliers, expediting/de-expediting messages, prioritization)Involvement in escalation process towards suppliers or Tiger teams (participating on / leading of escalation meeting, taking minutes of meeting, maintaining escalation file, priority setting with planning, reporting to management)Measurement of logistic performance indicatorsForecasting accuracyTaking care of the purchasing part of rejection processContinuous improvement and participation in improvement projects (inventory, processes, end of life situations, etc.)Integral logistics costs (inventory, tools, transport costs etc.)Problem solving with well-defined proceduresParticipation in stocktakingRequirements:
A basic education is required, or a combination of education and experience that demonstrate the required skills1–2-year experience in Logistics (Purchasing) department in highly flexible business-to-business environmentExperience/knowledge of Microsoft Outlook/Microsoft Excel/Microsoft WordAdvanced in Czech and English (verbal and written)Strong communication skills (verbal/written)Competencies:
Flexible and improvising when needed/looking for alternatives with other disciplines/suppliersHigh pace of working and being able to look after peaks (especially at the end of quarters)Foresee upcoming problems and act accordingly (find solutions with several parties involved and/or escalate on time)Endurance, social skills and diplomacy in the relationship with suppliersAttention to detail, client friendliness, stress reliability, team and result oriented, able to et/re-set priorities in favor of quarterly deliverablesAdherence 4i valuesBenefits:
