Your role and responsibilities

The work model for the role is: #Li-Onsite This role is contributing to the Smart power division in Frosinone. You will be mainly accountable for:•\tInitiating Purchase Orders in the system, according to the purchase requisitions and in alignment with standard procedures, and confirming delivery with suppliers, monitoring, and tracking supplier performance to PO requirements.•\tNegotiating agreements with main suppliers, and periodically renews price lists and terms and conditions.•\tRecommending frame agreements to management and executing upon approval.•\tVerifying external capacity of all suppliers and approaching new ones on the market.•\tAnalyzing and evaluating bids to determine the optimal value.In this role, you will have the opportunity to purchase materials according to required technical specifications, price, delivery schedule, and terms. Qualifications for the role

You hold at least a Bachelor Degree in Engineering fields; Previous experience in product engineering, supply chain or purchasing area would be considered a plus; Knowledge of main Mechanical technologies used in industrial processes would be a nice to have; Knowledge of SAP is considered a plus; Very Good knowledge of English (level B2) and Italian, written and spoken; Good knowledge of MS Office (excel, access, word, ppt); Strong interpersonal skills, ability to manage different tasks, good communication skills;
