As a Buying Administrator, you will be a vital part of the Buying team, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your role will involve:

Managing supplier offers, queries, and data with precision. Assisting with the creation and maintenance of spreadsheets for product tracking and analysis. Handling correspondence from suppliers and internal departments, ensuring timely resolutions to issues. Supporting the Buying team in arranging supplier meetings and maintaining accurate supplier data. Placing orders for new products and managing stock adjustments as needed. Conducting price comparisons and competitor research to help identify market opportunities. Providing administrative support, including raising purchase orders and maintaining product sheets.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

Strong Excel skills and proficiency with other Microsoft Office tools. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities. Good communication and negotiation skills. An eye for detail and a proactive approach to solving problems. A keen interest in the retail industry and some experience in buying or a related role. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities.
