Buying Manager - Cotton On Global Support Centre

ABOUT THE ROLE

We have two exciting opportunities for experienced Buying Managers to join our Cotton On Womenswear team, each focusing on different categories: one for Cut & Sew and the other for Wovens. In these roles, you will partner with the Head of Product to deliver cohesive product ranges, leading your team in developing key items that our customers love.

You will be responsible for contributing to post-seasonal reviews to influence future range decisions and identify growth opportunities. Applying customer, brand, and commercial insights, you will help build and protect our brand DNA.

Your role will involve setting range strategies to meet our commercial objectives and collaborating with all Brand functions and departments to ensure the best product experience for our customers. You will lead your Buying team to effectively communicate with suppliers, ensuring the production process is efficient and timely.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Qualification / degree in relevant field i.e. Buying Extensive experience in a similar Buying Manager role in retail or fashion The ability to engage and influence senior business leaders and key stakeholders Proven high level of commercial negotiation skills  Proven communication skills with the ability to drive and influence change through best practice and delivering results Demonstrable analytical problem solving and research skills, to identify and implement creative, innovative and flexible solutions  Demonstrated high level organisation and planning skills  Established leadership skills to develop and support the team to delivery brand strategy outcomes
