Job Description

Shift: .9 Night Shift Sunday- Saturday, to include weekends and holidays

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse II to join our healthcare team in Glen Burnie. In this role, you will provide direct patient care while demonstrating clinical expertise and leadership in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Deliver comprehensive patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluationAdminister medications and treatments according to established protocolsDocument patient care activities and observations in electronic health recordsCollaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomesImplement and monitor patient care plansMentor and guide less experienced nursing staffParticipate in quality improvement initiatives and unit-based projectsEnsure compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety protocolsRespond to emergency situations and provide critical care when neededMaintain accurate and detailed medical recordsCompany Description

QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) requiredCurrent Registered Nurse (RN) licenseCurrent BLS and ACLS certificationsMinimum of 2-3 years of clinical nursing experienceDemonstrated proficiency in clinical assessment and patient careStrong knowledge of medical procedures and healthcare protocolsExperience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systemsExcellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilitiesStrong interpersonal and communication skillsProven ability to work effectively in fast-paced healthcare environmentsKnowledge of infection control and safety protocolsAbility to mentor and guide other nursing staffPhysical capability to perform essential nursing functionsAdditional Information
