The key responsibilities the impact YOU will have:
The Professional Education Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the adoption of medical procedures by enhancing the skills and capabilities of healthcare professionals through tailored educational programs. This position focuses on ensuring consistent learning standards across various professional education events, while driving these events at local and regional levels. By identifying market-specific needs and opportunities for professional education initiatives, the role contributes to improving clinical knowledge and surgical proficiency, ultimately aligning with the needs of healthcare professionals and institutions.
As a future Professional Education Specialist, you will:
· Develop Annual Plans: Collaborate in creating yearly plans for specific specialties, focusing on strategic areas, including budget allocation and event management.
· Organize Professional Education Events: Support the organization and execution of professional education activities based on the overall CEE ProfEd strategy and marketing initiatives.
· Manage Training Centers: Assist in managing selected CEE, national, and local training centers.
· Establish Collaborative Relationships: Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare institutions and professional associations, to identify collaborative opportunities and support professional education initiatives.
· Monitor Market Trends: Track healthcare trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes relevant to professional education, providing insights to inform decision-making.
· Coordinate with Marketing Teams: Work alongside marketing and business managers to ensure event content aligns with key messaging and facilitates effective communication.
· Evaluate Program Effectiveness: Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of professional education programs through participant feedback and outcome measurements, using insights to enhance program quality.
· Support Digital Learning Initiatives: Contribute to the development and execution of digital learning platforms and virtual education events to increase accessibility for healthcare professionals.
· Apply Digital Tools: Leverage digital tools and technologies to streamline professional education delivery, including webinars and online courses.
· Assist with Administrative Processes: Coordinate with Business Compliance specialists on administrative processes such as HCC compliance, bookings, and logistics.
· Manage Event Registrations: Assist in event registration and managing healthcare professional registrations in relevant systems.
· Ensure Compliance: Work closely with Business Compliance and Legal representatives to ensure full compliance with applicable regulations and internal processes.
· Track ProfEd Performance Metrics: Apply event management platforms for tracking performance and analyzing data to measure the impact of professional education activities.
