We are seeking an experienced Compensation, Benefits, and HRIS Leader to join our HR Leadership and play a key role in shaping the future of our organization. As a strategic partner, you will research global C&B best practices and lead the development, implementation, and management of our compensation and benefits programs while optimizing our HR systems to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
Responsibilities: Lead the annual salary and equity budgeting and processes in collaboration with HR and leadership to streamline and enhance impact. Use people analytics to identify trends, analyze compensation costs and benefits, and provide actionable insights to support data-driven decisions. Stay informed on industry best practices and regulatory changes, ensuring our compensation processes remain competitive, attractive, and compliant. Partner with HR and leadership to develop and communicate total rewards packages to employees. Oversee and optimize the HRIS system, ensuring data integrity, reporting accuracy, and automation of compensation and benefits processes. Manage communication and collaboration with the payroll department to ensure seamless processing of compensation-related transactions. Qualifications: Proven experience of 5+ years in compensation, benefits, and HRIS management, preferably in a tech or high-growth industry. In-depth knowledge of compensation principles, market trends, and regulatory requirements in multiple regions (IL, US, and Europe - significant advantage). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making. Expertise in HRIS platforms, including implementation, optimization, and maintenance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.Bachelor's degree, Master's degree, or relevant certifications are a plus
