C-CST-800 - Full Stack Developer Intern

The role we are offering you: 

 

By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a highly collaborative and fast-paced team as an Entry-Level Full Stack Developer, developing training management systems for aviation industries. You’ll be creating web application services from design to deployment. You’ll learn about the ins and outs of creating scalable, configurable, and secure software that meets a wide range of customer needs.

Are you ready to:  

Use Agile engineering practices and various software and web development technologies to rapidly develop creative and efficient solutions that enhance the client customer and employee experience. 

Be responsible for developing features and write necessary tests to ensure quality of features. 

Collaborate with other team members to craft clear user stories, design tests for prototypes and products, and continuously deliver product enhancements. 

Be a change agent & Agile mindset promoter by contributing to a collaborative and stimulating work environment. 

Our ideal candidate has: 

 

Experience programming in C# and .NET (4.7+ or Core) 

Good experience working with HTML/JavaScript/CSS, and knowledge of front-end frameworks such as Vue, KnockOut or React 

Experience working with RESTful APIs 

Experience working with relational or NoSQL databases 

Passion for development and a demonstrated interest for continuous learning 

Strong attention to details and great problem-solving skills 

 

Preferred Education 

Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with 2 years completed 

 

Location of the internship is Richmond, BC. 

 

Internship will be carried out in hybrid mode. 

 

*All applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada and must meet the requirements of the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP). All hires will be required to complete, sign and return the Controlled Goods Program form within a week of its transmittal. They must also provide a copy of their passport or birth certificate. All students with a work permit must provide a copy of it and a police clearance certificate from the country or countries where they have resided in the past five years.  

 

*Please take note that if you are on a student, work or international student permit, the delays for the security background check take minimum 12 weeks.
