C&I Manager

Principal Accountabilities:-

Strengthening relationships with identified key players at Central as well as state Levels (Govt., SERCs, Discoms, SLDCs/RLDC, customers, etc). Create and pursue new/upcoming opportunities in the market. Prepare and support in ideating Business case and marketing material; support in presenting any new of opportunity to the management after evaluation and analysis and due diligence. Prepare financial modelling for the bid/business case.Support in Policy advocacy matters. Evaluate various States and districts based on identified parameters for shortlisting. Keeping track of upcoming opportunities and threats.

Role & Responsibilities:-

Responsible for bid Response Preparation and Submission in coordination with other teams. Attending pre-bid and client/customer meetings, ensure timely bid submission and coordinate with the procurer till the conclusion of the process. Coordination with internal teams including corporate affairs team. Carry out Competitor Analysis, new project risk-return analysis. Developing Business model for Green Electrons for Large multinationals with 100% RE requirement for various states. Support in identification of Large Industrial and Commercial Customers in each District. Capacity building of the team and sharing of new developments in Power Sector for growth of the team. Training needs assessment of the team members

Educational Qualification: 

Bachelor's degree in engineering. Master Degree would be an advantage.
Experiences: 

10 to 15 years in the domain of Power Distribution Sector.
