This role assists in strategic projects with technology integration by analyzing existing processes, identifying process improvements, and working with system and business owners to implement. The Digital Technology Analyst is a strategic thinker with a continuous improvement mindset who is ready to drive the future of Southwest Airlines.

Competitive market salary from $95,750 per year to $106,400 per year* depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities are available and awarded at the discretion of the company.
